It is the only support channel. It works for a technical problem, for a question about your account, for a request about your data or to tell us something could be done better. Feel free to write in Italian or in English.
We read every message and we answer everyone. The aim is to do it within two working days: at weekends and on public holidays it can take longer. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder before writing again.
What to put in the email
Almost always the first reply is a request for information. If you write it straight away, we skip a round.
Topics
The address is always the same: only the subject changes, so it lands straight on the right pile.
Problems
The app closes, the map does not load, navigation behaves strangely, a button does not respond. Tell us with the exact steps to make it happen again: that is the single most useful thing.
Personal data
You want to know what data we hold, correct it, receive a copy or have it deleted. Write to us from the address you signed up with: we need it to be sure it really is your account.
Community
Inside the app every published route, every comment and every rider in a room has its own button to report and to mute: it is the quickest way, because it reaches us already linked to the content. If you cannot use it, write to us.
Ideas
Something is missing, you know a pass that deserves to be in the app, you have an idea to make a step simpler. Write to us: the requests that come back most often really do end up at the top of the list.
